Prianka Misra


Prianka has assisted clients through several phases of litigation, from the initiation of a complaint up to trial preparation. She is skilled at analyzing the legal landscape surrounding a client’s case, finding answers to client questions efficiently, and determining the practical effect of these answers on clients’ legal outcomes.

Prianka started her career as an associate at Cooley LLP in San Francisco, where she represented clients in a variety of arenas, including the technology, semiconductor, and real estate industries. She has been involved in high-stakes litigation in both Federal and State Courts with respect to breach of contract, data privacy, and trade secret disputes.

Prianka also maintains a robust pro bono practice and particularly enjoys advocating for immigrants’ rights. Prianka has represented several asylum clients on a pro bono basis, including arguing on behalf of an asylum client before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prianka is also passionate about assisting small businesses with their legal needs, with a special focus on counseling and drafting legal documents for entrepreneurs of color.
